Cost & Shipping

At Bays & Leo, we offer a $6.99 Flat Rate shipping fee to the North and South Island for our products. FREE local delivery within a 20km radius of Greytown, Wairarapa. 

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery and extra for rural addresses (RD).

If you have any delivery instructions, let us know so we can inform the courier. Please note we do not send orders to P.O Box addresses or internationally at this stage.

Collection In Person

All of our gift range can also be collected from our store at 87a Main Street, Greytown, Wairarapa. Please contact us to arrange a time and click on pick up at checkout. 

Returns & Imperfections

Each candle is hand poured and packaged to our best. We use all eco-friendly, recyclable and plastic-free packaging. Candles may have their own imperfections but leave Bays & Leo in the best condition. If freight damages may occur and show reasonable damage, a refund with return may be applicable.

We do not accept change of mind returns, or exchanges. Some crystals may come lose during transit, but we will ensure to package your products to help avoid this.
